Farm Boy Collingwood Is Now Open at 39 Huron Street
Farm Boy Collingwood officially opened its doors on March 26, 2026, bringing one of Ontario’s most popular fresh-market grocery experiences to 39 Huron Street. The store is Farm Boy’s 52nd location in Ontario and marks the chain’s expansion into the Georgian Bay region.
The new store takes over the former Sobeys space on Huron Street, which had served the Collingwood community since 2007. Several team members from the previous location have joined the Farm Boy team, meaning shoppers will see some familiar faces behind the counter.
What Makes This Location Stand Out
Farm Boy Collingwood was designed with the local community in mind. A custom mural inside the store pays tribute to Collingwood and Blue Mountain, celebrating the natural beauty and outdoor lifestyle that defines the region. The artwork reads “Thank you, Collingwood” and features scenes of Blue Mountain, the local streetscape and the surrounding landscape.
The store features a dedicated hyper-local section showcasing products from nearby producers, including Root to Fruit and Georgian Bay Granola. This focus on local sourcing sets the Collingwood location apart and gives smaller producers a platform alongside Farm Boy’s well-known private label products.
