As March Break winds down and spring approaches, the Georgian Bay region keeps the momentum going with an exciting lineup of events. From Blue Mountain’s reimagined 24h fundraising festival to rock legends at Meaford Hall, here is your guide to late March happenings across Grey County.

24h Blue MTN – Weekend Fundraising Festival

March 27 to 29, 2026 – Blue Mountain Resort

The beloved 24h of Blue returns this year as a weekend-long, all-ages fundraising festival supporting Special Olympics, Second Tracks, and Jax Pays it Forward.

Teams will hit the slopes for skiing, snowboarding, and team challenges while enjoying live entertainment and late-night activities. New this year: a fun-first relay format welcoming all abilities, access to resort attractions including Ridge Runner and Plunge, plus golden hour apres, 2AM pizza parties, and sunrise coffee.

Registration includes two full days of skiing, resort attractions, event activities, and exclusive lodging offers.

Sloan – A Tour de Force

JUNO award-winning rock quartet Sloan brings their Tour de Force to Meaford Hall. The Toronto-based band has been writing and playing rock music since 1992 and helped spark the Canadian East Coast alternative scene of the early 90s.

Grey Bruce Youth Film Festival – Call for Submissions

Students in grades 7 through 12 are invited to submit short animated or live action films of up to 10 minutes in length. Cash prizes available. Application forms at Meaford Library or online.

  • Monday, Wednesday: 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM
  • Friday: 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM
