The Municipality of Meaford has launched its refreshed Community Improvement Plan (CIP) for 2026, offering grants, rebates, and tax relief programs to support local business development, housing creation, and property improvements.
What is the Community Improvement Plan?
A Community Improvement Plan is an economic development tool that allows municipalities to provide financial incentives to encourage private sector investment. Meaford’s CIP applies to the entire municipality and supports projects in several key areas:
